A rite of passage for men who lead.

Forge is an 8-day immersive, invite-only experience for men who carry the weight of influence. Leaders. Founders. Fathers. Builders. It exists to help you tap into greater levels of clarity, truth, stillness, and focus, so you return to your family, business, and community stronger, calmer, and with more capacity to lead.

This container is tech-free and alcohol-free. Every immersive experience and workshop is customized to the group, and designed to instill unshakability in the face of pain, uncertainty, and conflict.

Forge will visit all 7 continents over 7 years. Each gathering is both a personal forging and a global mission of impact.

Tailored Immersive Experiences

No two Forges are identical. Every workshop, breakout, and challenge is customized to the men in the room, designed to push the specific edges that need pushing.

1-on-1 Deep Dives

Private sessions with the facilitation team. Where the group work surfaces patterns, the deep dives go beneath them to the roots.

Underprivileged Children

Partnering with Dream Catchers to sponsor children for an entire year, providing access to essential resources, and empowering them to become leaders of tomorrow.

Combating Deforestation

Working alongside Costas Verdes to support four nurseries on their goal of planting 100,000 trees and protecting Costa Rica's coastal forests.

Recycling

Volunteering with Nosara Recicla to sort waste and protect the aquifers that supply fresh water to over 122,000 people in Guanacaste.
